Armonia Beach is the 5<\/span>th<\/span> \u2018Plastic Free Beach\u2019 created by the \u2018<\/span>Keep our Sand and Sea Plastic Free<\/span><\/a>\u2019 project\u00a0 and was<\/span>\u00a0launched in Agios Tychonas Limassol on Saturday, 16 September 2023. <\/span>The \u2018Plastic Free Beach\u2019 concept is to organise a beach that encourages and facilitates its visitors to avoid the use of single-use plastic during their stay at the beach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The facilities on the beach follow the new Branding funded by the\u202f<\/span>Cyprus Environment Foundation<\/span><\/a>\u202f(CEF).\u00a0<\/span>Also, a big thank you to all the supporters of this initiative, which are the <\/span>Deputy Ministry of Tourism<\/span><\/a>,\u202fthe <\/span>Office of the Commissioner of the Environment<\/span><\/a>, the <\/span>Cyprus Environment Foundation (CEF)<\/span><\/a> and the <\/span>Community Council of Agios Tychonas<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
