To celebrate World Tourism Day 2022, the Cyprus Sustainable Tourism Initiative (CSTI) is organising the event “Rethinking Tourism” with the support of the Larnaka Tourism Board and Larnaka Municipality. The event is under the auspices of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
The Reduction of plastic pollution in the Tourism Industry as an aspect of ‘Rethinking Tourism’ will be addressed by the ‘Keep Our Sand and Sea Plastic Free – Destination Zero Plastic in Cyprus’ Project Manager, Panagiota Koutsofta, during the event.
The project’s animation video and the photo exhibition will also be on display.
